MISSION:

The Plan Ministries is an Apostolic and Prophetic Ministry. It serves as an Apostolic and Prophetic covenant for the purposes to establish churches/centers for the Kingdom of God.

The Plan Ministries is a place where the teaching and leadership will point the hearts of men, women, sons and daughters to turn inward to find God within and inducing an atmosphere where God can be glorified and men can come alive.

It will serve as Training Center to assist in the development of new Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers the five-fold ministry, as Jesus the chief cornerstone.

The centers will serve nations aboard as well as local areas. The Ministry will establish a Community Resource Center and Mentoring Program for all ages to combat community deterioration, poverty, discrimination and prejudice.

VISION:

The Plan Ministries’ vision is to make an impact on earth as in heaven for God’s people. Apostle Carnal has been given instructions to provide God’s people with Apostolic and Prophetic Leadership School, Worldwide Outreach, radio and TV ministry, forum for Leaders, dance, drama and arts for both the youth and adults. Establish a network of other nonprofit organizations to band together in unity for Christ. Establish a media ministry (i.e. tapes, books and publishing, etc.). Establish ministries for Marriage/Divorce, Widow, Singles, and Children’s. The Plan Ministries has not forgotten a center for Elderly a Care Center and Health Wellness Program for all ages.
